Privacy Policy

Aimgod is a personal planner for your day, your spheres of life and your habits. This page explains what we store, why, and what control you have over it. Short version: your data is used only to run Aimgod for you. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.

Who we are

Aimgod (app.aimgod.com) is operated by Creayou Studio LLC, Dnipro, Ukraine. For any question about your data, write to creayous@gmail.com.

What we store

  • Your Google account basics when you sign in: name, email address and profile photo.
  • What you create in Aimgod: tasks, subtasks, spheres, descriptions, times, reminders, repeat rules, video links and your focus text.
  • A profile photo, if you upload one. It is cropped and resized in your browser before it reaches us.
  • Technical data needed to keep the service running, such as session cookies and standard server logs.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When you connect it, Aimgod asks only for permission to create secondary calendars and manage the events in them (the calendar.app.created scope). Aimgod creates one calendar called “Aimgod” and keeps one event per task in it, with your reminders and sphere colours.

Aimgod cannot see, read or change any of your other calendars or events. We store a refresh token so the sync keeps working, and the id of the Aimgod calendar. You can disconnect at any time from the profile menu; the token is then revoked and deleted.

Aimgod’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to show your tasks in your own calendar. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not used to train AI models, and not read by people except when you ask us for support or the law requires it.

Apple Calendar

Connecting Apple Calendar gives you a private subscription link that contains a long random key. Anyone with that link can read your tasks, so keep it to yourself. Disconnecting from the profile menu retires the link immediately; you can then remove the subscription in your calendar app.

Who processes your data

  • Supabase hosts the database and handles sign in.
  • Vercel hosts the application.
  • Google provides sign in and, if you connect it, Google Calendar.
  • Paddle processes subscription payments. We never see or store your card details.
  • Mixpanel (USA) counts how the app is used, for example that a task was created or a day was opened, so we can see what helps. It gets your account's random id and your country, never your name, email, IP address or what you write. No cookies are used for this.

Each of them processes data only to provide their service to Aimgod.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account from the profile menu, your tasks, spheres, profile and connections are deleted right away. If you ask us by email instead, we do it within 30 days. Billing records are kept only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can download all your tasks as a CSV file (Export data in the profile menu) and delete your account yourself (Delete account in the same menu). You can also ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time by writing to creayous@gmail.com. You can also disconnect Google or Apple Calendar yourself from the profile menu, and revoke Aimgod’s access in your Google account settings.

Security

Data travels over HTTPS. Access to your records in the database is limited to your own account by row level security, and calendar tokens are never shown in the app.

Children

Aimgod is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
