Terms of Service

Premium is the one paid plan. It includes everything paid in Aimgod: unlimited spheres, the productivity dashboard, habit streaks, Focus, Goals, Visualisations and extended AI. Premium launches on February 1, 2027 at $60 per year or $7 per month. It is not sold before launch.

Premium is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Founding Member is a limited offer sold before Premium launches. It costs $60, paid once, and is limited to 500 seats. It includes:

• Early access to every Premium feature from the moment of purchase until January 31, 2027.
• Premium for 2 years, from February 1, 2027 to January 31, 2029.
• A say in what gets built, through a members page with the roadmap and feedback.
• Optionally, your name on a public Founders wall, and a Founding Member badge in the app.

Founding Member is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. When the 2 year term ends, you can choose to subscribe to Premium at the regular price. Once all 500 seats are taken, the offer closes and only regular Premium remains.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Prices are in US dollars; Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where your country requires it. Aimgod never sees your card details.

Use Aimgod for your own planning, and do not:

• break the law or use Aimgod to harm others;
• try to reach other people’s data, break our security or overload the service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or scrape it with automated tools;
• abuse the AI features, for example to generate unlawful content or to get around usage limits.

You can stop using Aimgod at any time. Export data in the profile menu downloads all your tasks, and Delete account in the same menu deletes your account and data right away. Deleting your account does not refund a purchase by itself; ask for a refund first if you are within 14 days.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you time to export your data.

We work hard to keep Aimgod reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything critical; Export data makes this easy.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
