Three taps to a shared day.
- 1
Long press a sphere
On your iPhone, press and hold a sphere in the strip, then open the Share tab. On the web, open the sphere and pick Share.
- 2
Type an email
One address or a few, as a member or as a person in charge. Or copy the invite link and send it in any messenger.
- 3
They land in Aimgod
The invite email has one button. They sign in, accept, and the sphere's tasks are in their day.
Simple on purpose.
People in charge
Up to five people in charge, the owner included, add, edit and move tasks. Everyone else sees them and ticks.
Done your way
One tick for everyone, like a team. Or each person ticks their own, like homework, and you see who has done it.
Faces on every row
The people in charge sit right after the time on each shared task, so everyone knows who to ask.
A note on a task
One short line under the title, like Bring the signed contract. Not a chat, just what matters.
New task notices
When someone in charge adds a task, members get a push on iPhone and a card at the top of their day.
Goals together
Share a Goals sphere and the group's goals sit on everyone's canvas, with the people responsible for each goal and step.
Their own name for it
Each person can rename the shared sphere for themselves, or hide it from the day and open it when needed.
Links for the rest
An invite link joins people as members. A public view link lets anyone follow the tasks without ticking.
Private by design
People see the shared sphere, never the rest of your day. The people in charge see names and done marks, nothing more.
Teams of any size. Everyone keeps their own spheres.
A team
A studio, a startup, a shop. Releases, calls and deadlines land in each person's day.
A family
Chores, trips and doctor visits in one sphere, each person ticks their own.
A class or a group
A teacher or a coach adds the plan, everyone sees it next to their own day.
Questions, answered.
Is it free?
Yes. Joining a shared sphere is free, and sharing your own is free for everyone while it is in early access.
Does everyone need the app?
Aimgod works on the web and on iPhone with the same account. The invite email opens the sign in on the web, or the App Store on an iPhone.
Who can add tasks?
The owner and up to five people in charge. Members see the shared tasks in their day and tick them, but cannot change them.
What do others see of my day?
Only the tasks of the sphere you share. The owner and the people in charge see each member's name and done marks for those tasks, and nothing else from anyone's day.
Can I stop sharing?
Yes. Remove a person, turn a link off or cancel an invite at any time from the sphere. A member can leave a shared sphere whenever they want.
